Sun Valley Ice Shows
The Sun Valley Ice Shows run from June through September in the beautiful outdoor rink. In the late 1970's, the ice shows featured skaters such as Peggy Fleming and Dorothy Hamill. Now Sun Valley attracts other world class skaters and pros like Scott Hamilton and other modern champions.
The outdoor rink in Sun Valley is a treat for the skaters and spectators alike. The high mountain scene with fresh air and stars is one of the big reasons skating pros and fans keep coming back for the Ice Shows. This summer the schedule is loaded with Olympic, World, U.S., European, Canadian, Chinese, French, Russian and Lithuanian medalists and champions. Sasha Cohen, Todd Eldredge and Xue Shen and Hongbo Zhao from China are all scheduled for performances. The Ice Shows offer both single and pairs skating with all shows starting at dusk. A range of tickets and prices are available, some of which include dinner.
