The annual Sun Valley Jazz Jamboree hosts over 300 shows in 12 locations around Sun Valley and Ketchum. The bands come from all over the US, Canada and the Netherlands.

Don't miss the annual Sun Valley Jazz Jamboree the 3rd weekend in October.
For over 20 years this event has been hailed as “the Cadillac of Jazz Festivals” with over 250 shows on 10 stages in and around America’s first destination resort in Sun Valley Idaho.  For five days you’ll enjoy the best music of Swing, Zydeco, Blues, Big Band, Contemporary, Sweet & Hot, New Orleans, Cabaret, Comedy, and Traditional Jazz bands from the U.S. & Canada.

Live Music…...Dancing…...Food…...Friends…...Fun and Drinks from 9:30 in the morning to Midnight.
Free dance lessons and a dance competition with prizes.  Free shuttle busses. Special Glenn Miller night. Marching band salute, Lots of special sets, live radio shows, jazz “greats” tribute shows and the most amazing Big Band Bash “all-star” set you will ever see with the top players from over 20 bands.

Overview: With so many bands and available shows, there is bound to be something for every jazz lover.  You are promised to get your moneys worth of music. Dancing is highly encouraged and the Jazz Jamboree even offers dance classes.

Details: There is plenty of lodging and RV space and tickets are very affordable.

For your convenience, there are free shuttle buses that run between the venues. There will also be food and beverage available at most locations.
