Sun Valley Writer's Conference
Sun Valley offers an experience for writers that is hard to match. The Writer's Conference works to create an intimate environment to allow free thinking and provide lots of personal feedback. The four day event takes place right in Sun Valley and there is plenty of available accommodations for everyone.
The goal of the Sun Valley Writer's Conference is to create an open, honest, lively and reflective environment for all attending writers. The days of the festival usually begin with small group sessions led by one of two writers to discuss a variety of topics. The rest of the day is filled with panel discussion, talks and readings. With well known literary figures in attendance, there is lots of room to explore fiction, non fiction, journalism, filmmaking and poetry. Space is very limited in order to preserve the intimate environment, so be sure to make your reservations early.
