Hut/Yurt Tours

Backcountry wilderness huts and yurts are available for rent every night, all winter for backcountry skiers, telemarkers, snowboarders and snowshoers who want a do-it-yourself snow sport backcountry experience or a guided backcountry adventure.

The grandeur of the Sawtooth Mountains and other surrounding mountain ranges can be found just north of Sun Valley. It is here that you will find a system of backcountry huts and yurts used by professional guides, but also available for rental by private individuals.

In addition, what better way to end the day than to enjoy a great meal and friendly conversation deep in the mountains in a backcountry hut or yurt. Generally, you only need to take along your food and sleeping bag. The hut is stocked with everything else you will need.
